Star phase
The level where children ages 3 to 5 gain confidence in the water and learn the core skills needed to master four swimming styles through fun and play.
Penguin phase
Development of the basics of movement for participants aged 5 and over and swimming lessons in three different swimming styles: front crawl, breaststroke and backstroke.
Shark phase
Special level for those who have passed the Penguin level and want to advance in swimming. Advanced course to master the 4 swimming styles with the right techniques.
The Adult Learn to Swim program
- Be Water Confident
– this stage is about gaining the confidence to enter the pool safely.
It also covers the ability to move around the pool with confidence and to achieve basic core aquatic skills. These are entries, exits, buoyancy, balance and aquatic breathing. - Be a Swimmer
– by the time you earn this stage, you will have the necessary skills to start swimming independently over short distances (25 to 50 metres). You won’t need support or floatation equipment.At this stage. - Be a Better Swimmer
– Improve your swimming, better technique, less effort and longer swim. By this point, you’ll be able to swim up to 400 meters independently.

Submitting your registration for a monthly subscription is binding for the full 3-month period. Refunds are not possible unless a valid medical reason with documentation is provided.

Our Working Proccess
Check which course best fits your needs. If you are a beginner, it’s recommended to have more sessions. Registering for an intensive course will help you practice more and accelerate your learning.
Once you’ve decided on the swimming course you want to purchase, please make the booking through my website.
Registration will be confirmed by paying the course fees on my website. After that, you will gain access to my timetable, where you can book your slots as you like.
We will meet at the time you booked. Please make sure you are at the correct address (Bad zur Sonne, Feuerbachgasse 11, 8020 Graz). The entrance ticket must be paid separately to the swimming pool owner.
