Star phase

The level where children ages 3 to 5 gain confidence in the water and learn the core skills needed to master four swimming styles through fun and play.

Penguin phase

Development of the basics of movement for participants aged 5 and over and swimming lessons in three different swimming styles: front crawl, breaststroke and backstroke.

Shark phase

Special level for those who have passed the Penguin level and want to advance in swimming. Advanced course to master the 4 swimming styles with the right techniques.

The Adult Learn to Swim program

1. Be Water Confident
   – this stage is about gaining the confidence to enter the pool safely.
   It also covers the ability to move around the pool with confidence and to achieve basic core aquatic skills. These are entries, exits, buoyancy, balance and aquatic breathing.
2. Be a Swimmer
   – by the time you earn this stage, you will have the necessary skills to start swimming independently over short distances (25 to 50 metres). You won’t need support or floatation equipment.At this stage.
3. Be a Better Swimmer
   – Improve your swimming, better technique, less effort and longer swim. By this point, you’ll be able to swim up to 400 meters independently.
